Steps for New Customers

1. Set up a Profile

Set up a profile in Pawloyalty with information about you and your pet. If you have any trouble during this process you are welcome to call our office at 301-776-6353 so that we may assist you.

2. Send Vaccination Records

Send vaccination records to All dogs are required to be up to date on rabies, distemper and bordetella.

3. Make a Reservation Request

Make a reservation request for your first day of daycare. Again you are welcome to call us to assist you in this process.

4. Temperament Test

Bring your pet in for their first day of daycare and take a tour of our facility. We require a temperament test for every new dog on their first day of daycare. During this test we determine if your pet is friendly with other dogs and new people and that our facility is a good fit for your pet. The test takes a minimum of 3 hours but your pet may stay to play longer if you would like. We ask that customers arrive before noon for drop off and pick up no later than 6 so that we have time to fill you in on how their first day went.
