As the season turns, we would like to remind everyone that now is the time to start your dog’s flea and tick preventative treatments. It is required for boarding and daycare.
I know no one likes to hear this, but we will have a small price increase in July for boarding and Daycare. The good news is that this will be funding the expansion of our staff as we have added two new full time and more part-time team members. The new rates will start at $50/night and Our daycare price will also be increasing by $5, but our package price will remain the same ($225 for 10 visits and 1 grooming) until 2023.
By popular demand we will have a limited number of our new Paradise for Pets shirts available for purchase mid-April at $25. If you would like one, just let a staff member know your size.
For the first time in 17 years, Paradise for Pets is going to have a new general manager! Molly will be taking over for me here at P4P. Molly has the blessing of Melman family and my complete confidence as she takes on the role of Person in Charge. She will continue to provide your fur-mily members with the care and attention you have come to expect from Paradise for Pets. Molly is bringing her years of experience at P4P, environmental Conservation work history and Biology education to guide Paradise for Pets through the next era.
My wife and I will be moving to New Orleans to pursue new challenges and opportunities. It is hard to believe that it 2005 almost 20 years ago. I want to thank the Melman family for giving 22-year-old Jonathan, this wonderful opportunity to learn, lead and grow the business. Finally, I just want to let you know how much I have appreciated you allowing me into your pets’ lives, they have given me a lifetime measure of joy. Wishing you all the best!
